PDF Bayside constructions performs a number of large extensions and renovations each year. We undertake many extensions ranging from one room extensions to 30-40 square double storey extensions. No job is too small or too big. Extensions vary in size and can be weatherboard, brick, render or foam or a combination of all of these materials based on clients needs.
Customed Built Homes
PDF Bayside constructions offers the ability to build new homes from unit development to single houses. We consult with the various clients, councils, draftsmen, and architects to maximise the building potential. PDF also build new homes in accordance with five star energy ratings, and assists in water conservation via the installation of water tanks and has many water saving ideas.
